Four checkpoints before dispatch
Grade review
Application, grade, purity, fineness, Cr⁶⁺ limit and packing are confirmed against the enquiry.
Production control
Production is controlled against the agreed Chromium Oxide Green technical parameters.
Batch inspection
Batch results are checked against the TDS and are available as Certificate of Analysis data.
Export packing
Sealed 25 kg bags are palletized and protected for loading and international transport.
Quality parameters we focus on
The required control points vary by grade. Typical technical data includes Cr₂O₃ content, moisture, water-soluble salts, residue on screen, oil absorption and hexavalent chromium. Specific guaranteed values are stated in the Technical Data Sheet for each product.
Grade-specific testing
- DR-02 includes heat stability above 1200°C in its TDS.
- DR-03 specifies a Cr⁶⁺ limit of 10 ppm maximum.
- DR-GN and DR-GNM are supplied as pigment and coating grades.
- DR-GNM and DR-R include oil absorption specifications in their TDS.
- DR-04 is classified as a polishing grade with 500-mesh residue control.
Packing for consistency
Standard Chrome Oxide Green packing is 25 kg net bags, 40 bags on one pallet, or per buyer's request. Pallet wrapping, bag marking and loading arrangements can be reviewed with the order specification.
Documents for each shipment
Current TDS, COA format, packing information and requested export documents are discussed with the sales and quality teams. Safety documentation is supplied according to the final product and destination.
